Detailed specifications, costings and, if required, commissioning of fit ours.
Audits, conducted with users, of operational and technical requirements for both front and back of house.
Assessment of the implications of design options and solutions through the provision of operational and financial plans.
Development and management of budgets and, if required, the co-ordination and management of a range of specialist contractors.
Preparation of operational manuals, management systems and business plans.
Advice on the conversion of heritage buildings into performance venues.
